WELCOME TO THE KETTLE
We’re a small but dedicated grassroots organization caring for an extraordinary group of birds. As we continue recovering from recent hurricanes, your support, whether through donations or sharing our link, helps us provide exceptional veterinary care, especially for Thunder the Bald Eagle.
Our collection is truly one of a kind. We feature one of the only ospreys in the world trained to fly to the glove, all three global raptors, and five of the seven falcon species found worldwide.
Admission is always free, and we proudly offer on-site educational programs at no charge to Title I schools. Thank you for being here and for helping us protect and share these incredible birds.

WHAT WE DO
Our volunteers provide community education and day-to-day care and enrichment for the birds who live at Moccasin Lake Raptor Sanctuary.
We collaborate with several community organizations to:

Provide permanent care for over thirteen species of raptors at Moccasin Lake Nature Park in Clearwater, FL.

Offer sanctuary to over 30 birds of prey, including bald eagles and peregrine falcons

Manage urban osprey nesting platforms throughout Pinellas County

Rescue, rehabilitate and release wild birds of prey
